What is lactation support?

Lactation support at The Nest goes beyond simply assisting with breastfeeding. Many new parents assume that their baby will naturally latch and feed, but the reality often involves challenges. Our qualified lactation specialist will guide you through these early days, the critical time that sets the trajectory for your entire breastfeeding journey.

One of the advantages of support you will receive at The Nest is consistency. Unlike receiving different advice from various midwives, which can be confusing, we provide consistent guidance tailored to your needs. Additionally, guests benefit from free access to the online breastfeeding course 'Nurtured Beginnings' to prepare them for the breastfeeding journey. This comprehensive approach ensures that you feel supported and equipped to navigate the intricacies of breastfeeding from the very beginning.
